Biography!

What was...
From atari, to commandore, to nintendo and sega! John has always loved video game music all the way back to his childhood. He learned how to master piano by playing super mario and zelda songs on it. But at this young state in his life he did not have any understanding for what electronic music was. His interest for electronic music first came during the beginning of the 90s, arround 1992-94. It was probably with bands like 2 Unlimited, Basic Element and other euro disco bands that really caught his interest and made him understand what electronic music really was about. Short after he discovered U96 and the Prodigy. And from there it has developed.

1996 was the year. A commercial on TV showed TechnoMaker, a "music" program by a swedish company. The day after he went to store to buy this program. And from there it all started.

What is...
A lot has happened since then. I have tried many different types of music software and hardware. Back in my early years as a musician, I was very inspired by gabber/hardcore music. As the years went by I discovered that electronic music was a lot bigger than that and I have explored a lot of genres.

When I compose music I mainly compose something similar to trance or house. I also compose more relaxing music what people refer to as chill-out music. My main influences come from different sub genres of trance, house and ambient.
